Here's a cute little tutorial for my fellow green bin recyclers in Ottawa. It fits perfectly in the little bin the city provided. I would also strongly recommend using 3 or more newspapers to prevent any leaks.

Isn't that brilliant? We've been collecting other people's newspapers so that we have a supply for making the liners. The community papers that come with the flyers are just too small.
this is great, TFS will have to use DH motorbike newspapers for this :)
